Hi All,
I took the plunge the other day and subscribed to Virgin Media Cable Broadband.
Every time i try to register my details it gives me Error 611 (subscriber database unavailable).
Spoken to CS several times to no avail.
The service in my area (Bedford) is running ok supposedly and during the setup process it displayed my personal details (full name, address etc.) so i know there is some sort of connectivity.
Tried it on two laptops, one of them brand new (MS Win XP).
If anyone knows how to resolve this i'd be grateful for the pointers?
