having diffs

hi folks i hope i am in the right forum if not my apoligies.i have the v+ package for the past few months and i am delighted with it,my problem with it is getting the text up on it,when i use the normal channels bbc1 itv3 i can get text but if i get a topic with 3 or 4 pages on it they seem to freeze and stay stuck on the page that comes up first:tu: i hope you understand what i am talking about and any advice on how to get round this problem will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

i dont use the info button on my remote should i ? i use the text function on my ordinary telly remote,plus im not the brightest spark in the fire and i havent a clue what internet forum m8 is can you help me out thanks:tu:
