For the last few days my internet connection (4Mb, cable modem) has slowed right down in the evenings. bbc.co.uk, this site and some others all take a few seconds before the page even begins to load :erm:
The speed test (from this site) also goes from its usual 3.8, down to around 3.3
Anyone know what this might be?! Traffic shaping? Surely this shouldn't make loading each page a chore.
