Just wondering if these modem levels are correct for a 10mb connection

Downstream Status Operational

Channel ID 6
Downstream Frequency331000000 Hz
Modulation 256QAM
Bit Rate 10240000 bits/sec
Power Level 5.2 dBmV
Signal to Noise Ratio 41.0 dB

Upstream Status Operational
Channel ID 3
Upstream Frequency23000000 Hz
Modulation QPSK
Bit Rate 384000 bits/sec
Power Level43.0 dBmV

They are fine!:)
Downstream power level is a little high but within tollerance. Ambit modem?
Upstream Bit Rate 384000 bits/sec, isn't that upposed to be on 512000 for upload for the top tier?

No, 384. Not everyone is ex-NTL.

Ahh! Good point! ex-telewest, an everyone says telewest was better!! (joke!);) Won't be an Ambit modem then, what modem do you have? (unless Virgin branded)

Equals Ex-Telewest.

If in an Ex-Telewest dual-DOCSIS area, two downstreams to the same node, you might also see people on 339000000 Hz.
