Slow speeds in Telford area

Suffering very slow speeds since about 11am this morning.

2nd 512K took 8359 ms = 61.3 KB/sec, approx 505 Kbps, 0.49 Mbps
3rd 512K took 7719 ms = 66.3 KB/sec, approx 546 Kbps, 0.53 Mbps
4th 512K took 6234 ms = 82.1 KB/sec, approx 677 Kbps, 0.66 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 631 Kbps, 0.62 Mbps

Soo much for my 10mb connection

4th 512K took 8610 ms = 59.5 KB/sec, approx 490 Kbps, 0.48 Mbps

Overall Average Speed = approx 545 Kbps, 0.54 Mbps


do what i did phone cs and complain my last bill was £8.33 half price for 3 months . where the £8.33 came from i don`t no but i will pay it for a 10 meg connection
