Not sure is anyone is aware of this, I wasn't. If you buy any goods with your RBS switch card or credit card you get an extra 2 years warranty on your goods. Also if you have the Royalties gold card, you can also get home emergency service - I phoned them saturday, and had an emergency plumber within 2 hrs - problem fixed, and at no cost.
Forgot to add, I think there is a small monthly fee, this also includes free yearly travel insurance
