My Dad just came home from his Ju Jitsu class. He's just been awarded an honorary 3rd dan (3rd degree black belt) for services to the club (he gained his 1st and 2nd dan belts through regular gradings btw). Not bad for a 72 year old. :D

ive got a black belt in origami,is there any comparison :D seriously though,what a great achievement,i would love to see some scummer mugger trying it on with him...aaaahhhh yaaaahhhh :ninja:

That's fab - it just confirms my belief that working keeps you young. My father in law is 74, and still works full time as a master builder. He's amazing.

I got my yellow-tag at Tae Kwon Do last Xmas. It was HARD to say the least to get that lol! I havent been since... work & exams:(
