Thought I'd redress the negative VM threads with my recent calls to CS.
Made a call yesterday morning at 0930 and was straight through to an adviser, the same with my call this morning. What a change from the stupid waits under NTL (and the charge if you didn't have an NTL phone). I also had need to call TS a few times last month and also these went through very quickly.
Now lets work on the foreign call centres VM and you have my faith back....
On the down side my BB is now a paltry 2mb due to financial constraints. I was rarely hitting 20 anyway so no loss there. I just need to watch that nasty 4-12 period very closely :(
