Does any know the number to faults BB ?

Only asking as VM on the 150 does not seem to know.

I was asked to talk to them and VM support tried to connect me 5 times and all I got was a dead line ?

On the 6th call to VM to ask to be put through the same happened again so I gave up.........

Thanks for the replies I just got through on the 151 to a very polite lady and kind of resolved my problem.
