Been reading about all this new info about traffic management ********, and i've noticed the dips in speed, even my speed outside of 'peak times' is still ****. 50-250kbs on a 4mbs connection is absurd.

Love how they say they need to manage useage to make it all fair, but blueyonder had it perfect, I loved blueyonder. Who are these new fools...

Still the same people my friend.
Virgin did _not_ buy NTL/Telewest, nothing has changed so far as the network.
The only change is the name!!!

No the AUP was always there... just not enforced or actually had it's limits defined and stated until now

oh but wait, they have limits, caps, shaping too and depending on how far you live from the exchange you may get less speed than you do now.

Seems like every other one in the Internet services section is slamming speeds\VM just about everything, its getting VERY BORING NOW

Hmmm verrrry good friend of mine said something similar the other day. He used to swear by Blueyonder, but now he says it's awful.
