Virgin Media have upgraded me to 20mb :)

Hi,

I'm new to the forum, just thought I'd give a quick post to show that the upgrades are actually hapening. All I could see were peple not getting upgrades. I have tried to do a speed test on www.speedtest.net but that site is slow as hell for me now and after trying loads of different servers I still couldn't get it to register my speed. And most web servers don't let me use the 20mb connection to it's full potential, so I had to run a download accelarator on a Virgin site... I got 2.4mb/sec with it. And I upload via IRC frequently, where I get between 86k/sec - 90k/sec upload, so Virgin have deffinately delivered on thier promise for me!... look bellow to see my download speed...

Thats really nice, but there are many 20Mb threads already created.

If we all made a thread about being upgraded this place would be crazy.

by the way, thats DAP Pro which uses something like 10 connections in extreeme mode which really speeds up downloads.
