Slow Broadband Access (Basildon Area)

Hey, since about last night i've been having quite a lot of "slow" issues.

Rebooting and re-setting the modem makes no difference and one minute the net will be quite fast then the next.. almost dead.

Restarted the computer multiple times, definitely not my computer.

All status lights are on and fine on my SB4200 but sometimes when re-booting the modem both receive and send lights continously flash.

Anyone else experiencing these problems?

There are loads of people all over the country having issues with speed. Best thing to do it rule out your own device (i.e. try another PC, connect directly to the cable modem, ping and trace to the internet [london based] speedtests at different times of day/night) once you are happy (and can prove) that your equipment is not at fault... CALL FAULTS

Keep bashing away at them until they take you and other people seriously if they don't get enough calls they will give your issue a lower priority.

ISPA - give them a compline, they will have some then call u from virgin and they will take seriously.
