What do you VM Techs do about hacked cable modems!!!

(I'm sure someone cloned mine a few months back by it constantly rebooting)

If you have a problem with your modem and you think it could be this then you would be best contacting VirginMedia for a replacement.

I have and would report anyone using cloned modems but just out of interest why the need for the link in your sig that leads straight to modem hacking ??

What Virgin Media do about cloned modems is a matter for the team that deal with them. The methods will *not* be discussed here. If you have a problem with your modem rebooted, contact Virgin Media about it.
