My transfer rates are absolutely shocking, has been getting more and more so over the last week or two.
latest speedtest gives (for my 10Mb service):

Am not really too fussed about an upgrade to 20Mb, I just want something that resembles my original 10.
Curiously though, I have something in a trace route I have conducted which baffles me a bit; hopefully someone here a bit more knowledgable here can shed some light on it. The following trace is to a game/voice server based in Redbus data centre, London docklands.
Tracing route to kurak.pulsegaming.com [217.64.127.41]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

Trace complete. What jumps out at me is hop number 4. That to me looks like the hostname of a broadband customer? Am I being routed through someone elses home connection, or am I just misinterpratating the trace?
