Hi,

Im from the Surrey Area, and my IP is with the croydon UBR.

I was on solid 4mb, so i upgraded to 10mb package, and i have only been recieving 7mb solidly.

Day or Night, it's 7mb, i've heard about the problems with 10mb, but a solid 7mb seems to be a problem with the ethernet or the modem.

I have the Motorola SB5100, had it for about 2 years now (Ex-Telewest)

Should i ask for a new modem?
