4.30pm Drop Out

Before I try and get through to someone in faults, I wondered if anyone can shed any light on my problem.

For the last three days in a row my internet connection has dropped at around 4.30pm, it has just come back again now - 6.30pm. It was down for about the same length of time yesterday and for about 30 minutes on Tuesday. The Ready light on the modem continuously flashes while the connection is down. At the same time the lights on both my V+ box and my Pace STB flash also.

Doesn't seem to be any planned maintenance on the VM service status page.

Anyone any ideas?

I Also Live In Warrington And My Broadband Has Gone Down Over The Last Couple Of Days, Rang My Mate Across The Road His Also Down, Two More Family Friends In Penketh They Were Having No Problems.

Hi I live in Warrington and the same has happened to me when I phoned yesterday they said there was an outage but tonight they said no problems so they have arrange for a technician to visit monday for them to check my installation.
