phone and internet gone down

hi our landline and wirless internet has gone down ,we have been on to virgin helpline using a moby to india:mad: cud not get any sense out of her and told to ring bac at 5 0 clock due to there applications being down and under repair:confused: so she cudent even find our customer details.Is anyone having simaler problems in stoke on trent:mad:

I have just been on to the broadband help desk and needed to be transferred to the Techs. My call was transferred but announcement on Tech line said that they were having problems and asked that all callers phone back later. So it seems Manchester is effected as well.

You're not ringing India, your call will be transfered via VOIP across to the call center. Odds are that something has fouled up on the network royally and may have taken the centers down with them.
