Just thought this forum is very unbalanced with all the negative comments, so here is my news - a completely problem free installation :Yikes:
Yes, everything works fine. The installer did forget his tools, but returned later to pick them up. Yes, I had to phone for that broadband serial number, but that took about five minutes. Cables laid neatly, no mess, and a brand new box.
Waiting for the first bill now, maybe something goes wrong then? I shall report in the billing section.
