Virgin Pc Guard / MSN errors

since i installed virgins new pc guard software rebooted machine, i can no longer log onto msn


i have tried the troubleshooter and it says theres a problem with my firewall
and halts on " KEY PORTS"

Well, the best way to find out is to uninstall PC Guard but lots of people cannot sign into WLM today including me.

My msn is the same without pc guard installed.
