hello

in our house we have 1 sky hd, 1 sky+, and one standard sky.

i am wanting to upgrade the sky+ to HD, what would i need to do to achieve this?

i know i would need the sky hd box, but we are already subscribed to sky hd so would i have to pay for another hd subscription?

is it just a case of ringing sky and getting my viewing card changed?

thank you

simon

Thought about calling Sky and asking what you need etc?

lol i was wondering if i would get a answer like that ¬_¬, why make forums where people ask each other questions when they don't give answers. all i want to know is a simple thing.

i have tryed ringing sky and they put me on hold for over an hour so i thought **** it ill go ask on a forum.

Well, this forum does mainly cater to Virgin Media (cable) customers, not Sky.

You could try Skyuser.co.uk

I would assume that you would need a separate SkyHD subscription for a second box.

But your best bet would be to phone Sky... you'd have to talk to them anyway if you wanted to upgrade.

u would need a new skyHD box at £299 plus i think u pay £10 HD sub per box.

u would prob find it cheaper going to a inderpent company as we get sky HD box's for around £220
