No Broadband in CH63 (Wirral)

Just had a conversationwith faults as mum has no broadband in CH63. He seems to think there is an outage but only with broadband throungh set top box and sacm should be fine. Anyone know about any probs with broadband in the area????

Yeah there was an error in the area. He was wrong about it only being set top box though as ours is through a sacm and that was affected too. Went down at 3 yesterday and only just got it back.

All of the NW region is down, they predict all to be well by 8pm tomorrow evening...but let's see what happens.

Thats bad, we're just about to ring back and get them to knock something off our bill as the support guy said last night that if its off over 12 hours they'll reduce it.
