So we're currently on Bulldog, we pay £25 a month for a ..shoddy service at best
Customer service is a nightmare, getting frequent disconnects etc
I ended up taking them to an arbritrator (sp?) and won £100

But, we don't use the phone line at all, so it's a waste of £11
We also don't use the internet much, except for web browsing, emails etc

So i've just ordered the 2mb package which is on special offer for £10 a month, for 12 months

I don't expect the install to go smoothly, to be honest

The reason being, we allready have an NTL line in here, for the lodger lives with us
Now, I put down on the additional notes section of the order that we have a liine allready installed, but this one will be for a NEW customer, new account and new billing (etc)

So i'm wondering, anyone wanna take bets on whether it'll go smoothly?

Have you ordered by web, or was this a phone call? Chances are it'll get confused via the web if your address shows up as having a connection already. I'd give VM a phone call in a couple of days to clarify.
