Hmm! Peanuts do tend to clag up on the roof of the mouth and dry roasted are really awful in that respect...I prefer the original oily peanuts because they are easier to digest.I also like them unsalted as well.

I've had them straight out of the ground.....not as nice as dry roasted though :)

It used to be dry roast until the smell from the newly-opened packet nearly made me sick... and the revelation that they had more fat and salt too!

Actually I prefer raw peanuts....

Did you also know that once polinated, the flower head bends over and buries itself into the ground to prodeuce the fruit?

Is that his new username then? ;)

Salted for me. Failing that, fresh peanuts, in their shells. You get roadhouse restaurants in the US where they have buckets of the stuff on the table, where you break the shells, eat the nuts and throw the shells on the floor. Must give the HSE staff nightmares thinking about it. Real nice though :)

I love salted peanuts, but the new reduced salted nuts are too dry. I due like Dry roasted, and Monkey nuts.

I love "Beer Nuts" they had a crispy sugar salty coating, absolutely pukka, but I cannot find them anywhere

I used to love dry roasted - but their habit of making me swell up meant I had to stop eating them

Forget the war in Iraq, world poverty, or even world peace - lets discuss nuts :D

There's something wrong with you all. Everyone know that the best state for a peanut is covered in chocolate. Especially M&S ones

many pistachio nuts are grown in Iran - world trade in nuts is huge money, don't dismiss it, vertically challenged spotty one :)

I used to be able to do that dance.

"Heyyyyyy Macadamia"

Anyway I prefer....(*thinks carefully how to word in order this to prevent a Nugg-infested response)....the brand known as Nobby's Nuts - they do smokey bacon flavoured nuts.

Flipping luvlee.

Actually, this thread's reminded me of the single most inappropriate food product of all time. Ladies and gentlemen, may I please present 'Bob's Cheesy Toolbag' :disturbd: :D
