Email management: cancelling forward message

Hello.

Ntl (virgin) broadband.
My email addesses are all ...@ntlworld.com

Wanted email forwarded, no problem, filled in appropriate box, finished.

Now trying to CANCEL email forwarding, and can't find any way of doing it. Sent a request to Virgin for info, a long time ago, so given up with them.

Any ideas?

OK, got to VM homepage and sign in.

On left you should then see menu item called my account, click there.

Click on email away message

From there you can set up forwarding

Go to http://selfcare.ntlworld.com/cgi-bin/frontend then log in. Click on mail forwarding, then delete the forwarding address from the box. Click Go, and it should then change to saying "Forwarding is currently disabled"
