im hoping some1 can help me. Recently i was speaking to an ex ntl worker and i was explaining intermittent connection problems. i told him i was using the ntl:Home 100 modem which is one of the first used. he said at the time of him working for the company they were replacing them. Does anyone know if im entitled to a new modem?
