Hi!

First time post here, because although I've browsed the forum for quite a while I've never yet had any problems with my service :)

However, today I did a speed check on my 2Mb cable BB (2 for £20 deal) and have what looks like a 4Mb service?

Have I had a free upgrade, or will normal service resume shortly?

Check the operation configuration on that page and that will tell you the up/downstream data rate.

If you're on 4 meg, it should read:
Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 4096000 bps
Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 400000 bps

I tried to check but I can't remember my NTL email address - originally when I registered, it wouldn't work and I ended up reregistering half a dozen times while on the phone to tech support before it was sorted...

I will check my next bill very carefully though,
