hi all
i really need help !
i play online games on a server in the usa (ip 64.34.201.31 )
i usally manage to get a ping of around 100 to 110 most nights.
over the last fortnight i seem to be getting about 160 to 200 ping during peak hours.
i have un a trace route and all is fine until i get to the london internet exchange (195.66.226.156 ) this is where my ping jumps from about 18 to about 75.
i have spoken to virgin media :monkey: twice now and they were about as much use as a ash trey on a motorbike.
can anyone shed any light on how i may be able to reslove this problem as it is driving me mad.
failing this does anyone know on any internet provider that use virgin's phone lines??
there must be other people suffering from the same problem.
