Can anyone please advise me why I have lost the web page of NTL/Virginmedia.I am spending a prolonged time in South Africa and until Friday 16th February I had access.Since that time I have had no connection and am unable to gain any access to webmail.I have tried to sign on at a friends computer and he has the same problem...no access.I know the homepage is available in the UK and being used but am at a loss to know why I cant sign on from South Africa Thank You:
