Since the changeover to the VirginMedia homepage I seem to be having problems accessing Autoreg to change mailbox details (e.g. add/delete mailboxes, change password etc.)

e.g. https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/xtrmail (https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi-bin/xtrmail) gives me an error message (see attached screenshot)

Is it just me or did the changover break Autoreg?

Works OK for me also, using Opera browser.

Perhaps your browser settings need checking? Try default settings, perhaps.

I would say that you tried to access from a non virgin media (xntl) Ip address and the server has denied you access.

utt is correct, that would normally be the case for that particular error message.

Are you any relation to http://homepage.ntlworld.com/draig.goch/?
