10 Meg on the V+ [Archive]

I read on another post that you cannot get 10 Meg delivered through an ordinary Samsung STB. If I went the VIP route and got a V+ box as my main STB would I get the 10 Meg through that or do I still need to have a SACM fitted?

Excuse my ignorance. At the moment I have a 30 foot cable from my Samsung STB to my PC Router. Will the SACM be fitted next to the STB and will the existing cable be OK?

Sorry, thought i'd replied lol. All they'll do (they did with me anyway) is put a splitter on the cable feed into the STB. So you will have a feed into the STB and a feed into a SACM :)
