Hi all,
several months ago i signed up for a 2 for £20 deal with ntl for my broadband and tv. On my bill it states that i have a 512k connection in brackets (1mb)? However, i recently got a vonage phone which will not work and when i contacted them they told me to do a speed test to see what the upload speed is as this is critical. The test results are all coming back as the upstream is around 50k which is too low for vonage. The deal the virgin are now offering as '2 for £20' says 200k upload and up to 2mb download. Does anyone know what upstream i should be getting on this deal?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Doug
