Virgin Media No Email Responce

Has any one else tried to conact virgin media via email from there website. I have on friday and again on sunday but have had NO responce. If it was telewest as it used to be id get a responce from them with in 48 hours or less

hmm, I was with ntl, and I don't recall anyone ever getting an email response from the website!? I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong

They seem to have a ticket raised against this at the moment - the only link I can get includes a session ID which isn't much use to you.

That service status is a lot better than ex-ntl's one, when will they be merging them I wonder...?
