Strange things happen when I click that link, I'm using FF, I click the link and it opens in a new tab but my main window shrinks in size :shrug: I can still see the main tab and link tab as usual, just in a smaller window :confused:

Yep, that link works fine, the original linkstill has the same effect, never seen it before :shrug: Oh well :)

Actually I'm wondering at the Japenese enthusiasm for robots..We already have machines in place to do work for us..why is having a humanoid type robot so necessary? :erm:

Frankly any machine that has the temerity to talk to me will be tossed out on it's metalllic ****.I find the notion very creepy and too HGTTG for my taste.The only use I can think of for machinery that speaks to one is for those with impaired sight.I already hate the talking lifts at a local parking garage but I understand the need and at least they don't wish me a nice day..:disturbd:

Yeah, they are definitely cute. :) 1 that impressed me [not from that vid] was 1 I saw in a video from this year's CES, a talking panda. I think it would be cool to have something like "Teddy" from the movie "A.I." [not that that panda's even close to that level of sophistication, but it's a step in the right direction].
