On Friday I was in Comet looking for a DVI cable (to connect my lappy to my HDTV), the bloke in the shop showed me a 5M Monster 400 DVI cable. RRP £114.99, for sale at £20. (£95 discount) So I bought one.

On Saturday i bought a Netgear WGT624 108Mbps wireless router (PCWorld) RRP £80, on the shelf it was £70, I was charged £60, this included a 108Mbps usb wi-fi card.

It's funny how much people charge for cables.
If you go to Maplins for example you will see how much they overcharge on cables. Eg. selling a standard 1.5 metre scart cable for £8.00 when it should be about £2.99 max.

You got a good deal there Hom3r as so many people overcharge.
Good find :tu:

I used to live near this firm that used to chuck out obsolete/replaced/etc IT gear in their industrial-sized wheelie bin. 1 time I got a load of those leads & got £11 for them in Cash Converters. :D
