Just Upgraded To 4mb

how long till i see the 4mb service? i called them over 2/3 hrs ago

i have logged into my cable modem and it still says 2mb

any ideas ?

Unplug your cable modem from the wall socket (AC power) and wait 5 mins and then reboot the modem and try again.

i was upgraded to 4mb when i was still on the fone to them a couple of months ago i didnt need to do anything sometimes it is right away and some it aintjust ur donald duck i guess

When i was upgraded to 10Mb, the guy told me to reboot my modem in an hour, i did and i was on 10Mb

ye i remeber upgrading a while back and it was instant, this is about 7 hrs now and its still on 2 meg, .. i gues it looks like it will be the 24 hr

i have done, several times, left it off for 30 mins just too ad still on 2mb

I don't think the Virgin Media CS have upgraded you on their system. I would ring back and check what's going on.

the guy said my accoutn had been changed to 4mb on the billing side, but not on the provisioning side of my account ( not made it active )

GRRRRR lol , he said 15 mins or sooner it should become active

im geting 3 months half price too, and the guy told me that it wont effect my 2 for £20 offer, so if iwork it out, i will be paying even less than £20 for the next 3 months, for 4mb bb and TV L
