Disconnecting

Hey,

Recently, NTL keeps disconnecting. The RDY light on the silver box just goes off, and sometimes the sync light.

To get the net back on, I have to take the power out, and turn it back on, else it wont work.

It goes off every 10mins or so.

Call NTL, tell them what you've told us :)

They'll more than likely check the signal levels oin the modem, and if they are found to be fine, will more than likely replace the modem itself.

I may be mistaken but I think that faults are open today for a short while at least.

i just spoke to broadband support about 15 mins ago.. so it would appear they are open at some point on a sunday.

Ah, that's good to know. Last time I tried to ring them on a Sunday they were closed.
