According to India it's due back at 2pm.
So thats nearly 24 hours - do we get a days worth of money back?

i'd say no, why? because afaik the contract with ntl has no 100% guarantee of being available 24/7. maybe if you kick up a fuss they may give you something but they in no way have to (afaik)

The outage was only 6-7hrs at the most.This affected the Hub site

There is another separate outage around the Hintlesham Dr area at the moment, someone is on there way to resolve this one now. I'm assuming this is the one that is affecting you at the moment.

Could you tell India and as they don't know, and some of there systems are down.

This place seems to know more about ntl flauts than nlt does - maybe the owners of cableforum should put a bit in for the contract for support.
