Just wondering has anyone ever setup and had working a cobalt raq server on your home connection?

Hi all.
Just wondering has anyone ever setup and had working a cobalt raq server on your home connection?


Cobalt servers work fine as long as you setup any port forwarding you need to point to the server (WWW / SMTP etc...).

Also remember that as a cable customer you are assigned a dynamic IP address so if you want to access from of-site you will need to setup some sort of DDNS.

Also when accessing remotely remember your low upload bandwidth (never a good idea with large database driven / dynamic / image intensive sites)
