What shall i do

I'm not even ever getting 4mb speed . 2mb at best and 1mb at average . I phoned up tec support and they sent a enginner who "fixed it" by giving me a new modem, It helped for like 5 mins and then it went back to normal old crap . I tried to cancel my account but somehow the weasel on the phone negoioted a cheaper price for my service , i dont know how that happended . I'm stuck with crap speed at a cheap price and im not sure what to do....:confused:

man it gets worse and worse each time i do a speed test... I just did another one.....

1st 128K took 1329 ms = 98625 Bytes/sec = approx 821 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 1453 ms = 90208 Bytes/sec = approx 751 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 2078 ms = 63076 Bytes/sec = approx 525 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 1156 ms = 113384 Bytes/sec = approx 943 kbits/sec

You need to phone faults, and not take any fob offs. Get them to test the signal strengths. Any evidence it's below par or soemething else at fault and they should fix it. You may never get the full 4meg, as service is always up to, but you should get eh best part of it.
