ntl 250 signal level

my 250 has been upgraded to the so called 20mb trial service but at the most only get download speeds of about 2-3mb(on 10mb service) have posted the details from the modem can any one help as this has now been like this since the modem config file was changed

Oh well heres the proof that the trial is taking place on both 64 and 256qam networks. It could be the older UBRs not coping so well also downstream is a bit low i would think.
