when i go to upgrade my speed it says:
Unable to Proceed The username (xxxxxxxxx) entered is not the registered subscriber associated with this cable modem.Please go back and try again with your cable modem username and password. If you need further help, please contact our customer support (0800 052 2000).
When you call customer support, you may be asked for the following information: Application ntl: Broadband Internet - Connection Speed Upgrade Date & Time 16/08/2005 at 09:04 Your username xxxxxxxxxxx Your Cable Modem Mac Address ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ae Your Surname

why wont it let me upgrade :(
