Leeds: Packet loss problems

Been having problems for a couple of days now...

Intermittant glacial browsing, unable to connect to MSN Messenger

Ran BB test and packet loss figures up as high as 42%

Speeds, when its good, are OK but long periods of stalled connection

Anyone else in the area having trouble?

Tried Call Centre but after much 'Press 1 to be fobbed off...' a voice said they were busy and cut me off (automatically) with no further recourse... Nice! :(

I had slow browsing earlier but it seems ok now

Likewise, although seems OK now, if left for a couple of mins, restart connection seemed OK for whatever the reason, if only the time between doing something and it coming back again. Have not seen a drop of connection and nothing I have tested so far giving me a clue. However, not in Leeds and tonight its working a dream.
