Stuck on log-on screen

Hi Folks,

bought a new router yesterday and then got in to a nightmare trying to get NTL to accept it. After 30 mins on the phone to CS, I finally got my internet back.
However, I seem to be stuck in the log-in screen if I go to NTLWorld.com. This is only if I use Mozilla as my web browser. If I use Internet Explorer I can access the NTL site OK.

I guess I need to flush a cache or something in Mozilla, but don't know how to do it.
Anybody please?

Clear all temp internet files and then drop to a CMD prompt, (start menu, run, cmd (enter) )
ipconfig /flushdns (enter)
shutdown and restart PC to make sure all is cleared.

Did all you said Paul and still the dreaded Log On screen. OK in Internet Explorer but not Mozilla.

Had another glass of wine, tried again, no good..... tried page reload..back in business :clap:
