Cable modem stops working

About 1-3 times a day my internet just looses its connection and i have to take the plug out of the ntl modem and put it back in. I have an Ambit 120 modem. Would they replace it if i phoned them up and told them the problem?

If it is faulty, then yes they should replace it free of charge.

I've been having the same problem for the last couple of weeks now but I've an ntl:200 modem. It's really starting to annoy me.

Mine has been doing it intermittently for a while and I get my BB through a STB, I have to unplug my router and plug it back in again, having said that it has been ok for the last month or so.
