I'm on a 4mb connection.
Ok, so it started about 3-4 months back. Every download from 5-6 onwards was going really slow, I struggled to get 100kb/s and sometimes it's as bad as 30kb/s. Had modem replaced, for a few days it was alright. I have rang up lots of times now and have basically been told the same thing
"There is a speed issue with the network you are currently on which is ubr06.. our engineers are well aware of this, unfortunately we have no idea of when this will be fixed so i'm afraid there is nothing much i can do"
Anyone got any advice?
