Anyone else having issues in Swindon. First time I have had a fault in ages, rang up support to be told their systems are down :(


Edit - Oops that is 118 kbps not kb/s - I wish lol

Am in Abbey Meads, and not experiencing anything wrong. :shrug:

Not far from you!

Just me then!, got an engineer coming on Saturday, downloads are 4 or 5 kb/s at present. No dropouts though!

Replaced my old NTL100 with a nice shiny NTL250 and all back to normal :)

Only just seen this! Glad you got it sorted, if I had read sooner I could have confirmed that my speeds were fine :)
