According to The Register, TalkTalk is now enabling unhappy customers to leave their 18 month contract at no extra cost. Their decision for this is because they've had loads of complaints as TalkTalk have drowned customers with false promises and loss of internet service. Many customers have complained because they've entered into a contract and they have been told to wait at least 9 months until LLU is completed.
