Is it worth me calling an engineer?

I keep getting connection drops, but I can't pin point why. It's happened at least 20 times today, the modems SYNC and RDY lights just drop. Sometimes it will come back on it's own, sometimes it requires an unplug.

Happened while only MSN is open, while playing CS, while downloading, and general browsing.

The thing is, I have no idea how to recreate the problem, so is it worth getting the whole, it's working while I am here, so I can't help speech?

Call Faults. They should be able to test the line, and, I believe the modem also logs any faults. If they cannot access the log, an engineer should be able to.

Apart from that, it will be the only way you can get the fault resolved.
