Try dialing your Mobile phones number from the mobile, that normally gets to the voice mail
Then you have to find how to add it to the phone.....

What are you doing to access your voicemail? What happens when you hold down number 1?

If it's anything like vodafone, you need to select "Divert when busy" in order for it to goto VM. Look under the divert menu...

I think the tm vm number is "123"

Have you tried 150??

Think that's what I have to dial on the works phone.

150 doesnt give an option to speak to an advisor any more!!!

Normally pressing 1 and holding it down for a couple of seconds connects you to t-mobile voicemail.

It used to be 123 in the states but is the speaking clock over here.

I believe that it could be 222 or 333 but I don't have a t-mobile sim card now to check it with.

It could be that your sim card is corrupted, in which case you should call customer services.

when you dial 150 try pressing *0, that (eventually) gets you through to a bob

Thanks for all suggestions...........have been into my local T-mobile shop for help, and the number is 222 to set up voicemail, the trouble occurred apparently because my phone was previously on contract, but is now a pay as you go!!!!!!!!
