My sister's ex installed tiscalli broadband. He's now left and the broadband is now not working, either through non-payment or he's phoned up and disconnected it. I don't know which, as both have an equal chance of happening.
My sister wants to go with tiscalli again. Will she have to say anything to tiscalli when she signs up so they can free the line/amend any records or can she just order it as normal?
